Saint George's Church is the parish church for Cullercoats.

The church building is on the sea-front, overlooking the North Sea - about one mile north of the mouth of the River Tyne. Situated on the junction of Grand Parade, Beverley Terrace and Beverley Gardens, next to Beaconsfield in Cullercoats it overlooks the Longsands (which run from Tynemouth to Cullercoats).

Cullercoats is situated on the coast, about 10 miles from Newcastle-upon-Tyne,
and about one mile north of the River Tyne,
between Tynemouth and Whitley Bay, on the North East Coast of England.
The R.N.L.I. have a Lifeboat Station in Cullercoats Bay.
